Each workshop room will include the following:

* 1 podium microphone
* 1 desktop computer
* 1 LCD projector and screen
* 1 Table to display your marketing materials.


Terms & Conditions

All speakers must agree to the following:

1.) Reference Materials

All speakers must agree to provide slides for their presentations onsite. All slides should enhance the attendee educational experience and serve as a reference when attendees return to the office.

2.) 100% Adherence to NO COMMERCIALISM Policy

The educational workshops at the Hispanic Business Showcase are NOT the appropriate place for promoting your company, product, service or solution. You can promote your services once the workshop is over.

3.) No Speaker Substitutions or Additions

Speaker and panelist substitutions are not allowed, except in the case of an emergency. In the event that a speaker cannot fulfill his/her commitment due to an emergency, a substitute may be submitted in writing FOR APPROVAL. No requests for a substitute guarantee a speaking slot for the substitute until approval has been received by the HBS.

4.) Honorariums

There are no honorariums available for HBS’ seminars presenters.

Speakers are responsible for their own expenses and hotel/travel arrangements.

5.) Certificate.

The Hispanic Business Showcase will issue a certificate of appreciation to all the Speakers.
